Making the most of every moment just became easier.

Here’s to your time, your experiences, your passions, your fun, your adventures, your quiet time.

Here’s to your time.

Welcome to My Happy Hub.

Our Story…

It all began with an idea. A hope and desire for a better future for ourselves and the generations yet to come. An idea filled with promise of all the positive memories from the past, teamed with the brilliant innovations from today!

We know there is a significant focus on mindfulness, wellness, quality time, and supporting community, and by investing our time in these areas, we’ll create a country which thrives. Less time scrolling through social media for hours a day, and more time spent doing what we love.

The life I describe is one most of us will still remember, but our children or grandchildren will never know, and our aim is to restore the habits which make us great, and stop those which make us weak.

The result is a nation in action, taking greater responsibility for themselves and their fellow man. With greater action and responsibility comes outstanding transformation. Social spending should significantly reduce; NHS dependency reduces as we’ll have a healthier nation; benefits claims decrease as we have a nation in action; and crime rates drop as we have a more responsible population.

If tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities are determined by today’s choices then we have the foresight to help shape the future.

Our next great adventure awaits! All we have to do is start…

The hub…

My Happy Hub does exactly what it says… it’s a hub of happiness, a platform personalised to the user, predominantly parents, who want to enjoy some online content but without the addiction that comes with social media.

My Happy Hub will be home to those who love the great outdoors, blue skies (sometimes grey skies!) and fresh air, as well as all types of movement, exercise and fitness, literature, art, music, dancing, design, cookery, gardening, sewing, pottery - all highly popular activities, each gaining weekly exposure through various national and international TV shows… as well as any other activity that can be enjoyed offline, and isn’t harmful.

The content must be positive and life-enriching!

Happiness is at the core of the business and the company culture.

We want the user to check in daily, view their achievements and their data, gather inspiration for their next adventure, aim to do better next time, and go again, giving us 10-20 minutes of their time in exchange for 8 hours of their freedom!

Our team…

Ally Scott - Founder

Hi, I’m Ally! A marketer for almost 20 years, having worked with businesses to build strong brands that resonate with the customer.

Wanting to understand the many facets of a successful organisation, I graduated with an MSc in Entrepreneurship Management and Innovation from the University of Bath in July 2024.

My Happy Hub is the product of three years of research and development into the problems we currently face in this digital era, in particular, the negative effect of social media on young people.

We will be some of the last people on earth to know life before mobile phones, and it is, therefore, our responsibility to ensure the joy of life-before-24/7 is not lost.

“By the time I’d finished listening to Ally’s pitch, I got up from my desk and went for a walk in the park. And I rarely do this.

She certainly convinced me!”

— Bath University, Director of Studies, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Collaborations…

Ideally, the hub will sync with well-known brands such as Strava (100 million athletes globally) and Headspace (60 million people meditating globally), enabling users to enjoy data from existing platforms which have the same positive intentions. Music is known to be deeply uplifting, and we will incorporate access to Spotify to help users access endorphins, which aid an individual in feeling positive and uplifted. As of Q2 2024, Spotify had 626 million active users worldwide. The list of positive, wholesome collaborators could be extensive.

Additional markets…

My Happy Hub is a Direct-to-consumer offering. However, I’ve also considered a model for the education sector, which is similar in its positive, offline focus and stays with a student for their entire education from nursery through to university. The cost to schools is relatively low, due to the incredibly tight budgets they have, but potentially highly appealing to both schools and parents, as it will aid student progression and development.

If any of these ideas have ignited your interest, I’d love to hear from you!
